A video for your viewing enjoyment

Sloane is almost 6 months old and has hit some major milestones recently. Last week, she got her first 2 teeth on the bottom. Then, she learned how to roll over all by herself. Finally, she has had her first taste of rice cereal from her silver spoon and bowl! We have decided to bust out the video camera and begin taping all of her firsts so we have something to look back on and show her dates when she turns 21. It's kinda long but it was fun to make! Enjoy!

Easter bunnies!

We had such a great Easter vacation! We flew to Atlanta to be with Grandma and Grandpa Dyer for our 1st Easter and it was jam packed with fun. Mom and Dad got to golf and do a little shopping at the outlet malls and PGA superstore while Sloane got a little spoiling. The weather was great, except for the occasional tornado warning and sirens - gotta love the South! Grandma and Grandpa had lots of time to show me off to friends and I think I was a BIG hit!
Watching the masters with Dad and Grandpa - go Tiger!

Learning to drink from a big girl cup.

I can stand up now!

My happy place with a bottle and dolly.

No one can put a baby to sleep like a Grandpa can.

The 1st Baptist Atlanta Choir thought I was the bees knees!

My first Easter basket! (Really with the ears, Mom?)

Easter Sunday

Going home. Hoppy Easter everybunny!

Chillin' - What we've been up to...

Since Julie's wedding, we haven't done much but chill and watch Sloane grow! She changes every day and is now almost 5 1/2 months old! She is starting to discover her world around her and notices things like the kitties and when Daddy walks into a room. She can grab her feet and roll to the side, but not quite all the way over yet. She can sit up while holding fingers and pull up to standing when asked! She giggles and babbles and DROOLS like crazy but still no teeth or hair... We'll get there someday. These are some photos of what we've been up to!

Chillin' in my swing

Chillin' in my exersaucer

Chillin' in my bumbo chair

Chillin' with my buddy Brian in McCall

Chillin' with Dad watchin' golf

Chillin'... That's what we've been up to....

Julie's Wedding

The wedding was so beautiful! It was on the beach, at sunset with Julie and Jesse's closest friends and family. Sloane was there in the Bob stroller and enjoyed every moment, being toodled by everyone within arms reach. There were big fireworks at dark and Sloane didn't even get scared! Mexico was a great time and Sloane is a great little traveler!

Puerto Vallarta!

It was Sloane's first international trip - to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for her Auntie Julie's wedding. Passports in hand, we departed. Turns out, Sloane loves the Mexican beaches. The warm, humid air on her skin was welcome and she frolicked with Dad, Mom, Grandma, Grandpa, Great-Grandma and Great-Granpa and Aunts and Uncles and friends by the pool, on the beach and strolling along the marina.

With all the eager babysitters around, Mom and Dad got to do a little golfing at Puerto Vallarta Marina golf course. Mom had never golfed with crocodiles before - it gave new meaning to the term "water hazard."

Sloane's first airplane ride!!

What a great way to fly your first airplane ride - in a Pilatus, of course - direct from Boise to Jackson Hole, WY with Daddy flying, 2 aunts and a planeload of girlfriends! It was a ski trip to remember! Jackson was a girls weekend but Phil was on hand as full time nanny, chauffer and pilot. While the girls snowboarded at Jackson Hole, Phil took Sloane in her baby bjorn shopping in Teton Village and downtown Jackson by themselves. He jokes that it is a great way to meet girls :) He also chauffered the big 15 passenger van and drove us around, dropped us off and picked us up from wherever it was we were at. Sloane is such a great traveler and has tons of fun (and attention) wherever she goes. Although she was denied access at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar because she isn't 21, (only 21 more years to go!) we all had a great time all over Jackson!

Sloane's first Christmas!!

It was Sloane's first Christmas! We spent it in Idaho Falls with Grandma and Grandpa Suitter. It snowed almost every day, making it a very festive and cozy white Christmas. Sloane got tons of great presents and after the unwrapping of the gifts, the boys went outside to do boy stuff like light fires and shoot guns. The next day, Phil, JJ and Julie went snowboarding at Kelly Canyon with 13 new fresh fluffy inches! The rest of the time was spent by the fire or with the rest of the family. It was a very memorable first!
